| REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY |
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all class registrations. The customer has one week prior to the start date of the selected class to cancel registration or to interchange attendees. If after one week, the customer must replace the canceled registrant or forfeit the registration fee. All funds must be paid before the first day of any given class in order to guarantee class placement, otherwise the class will be filled with wait-list participants.

CQM
CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGEMENT (CQM) FOR CONTRACTORS
(8 hours) Any contractor who works with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers must successfully complete this course in order to be approved as a quality control manager. This seminar, presented by the Corps of Engineers, provides contractors with a better understanding of quality control/quality assurance initiatives.
